Clomixyl is not an anabolic steroid but is a synthetic estrogen which is commonly used post cycle to help kick-start testosterone production. Clomixyl has a strong influence on the hypothalamohypophysial testicular axis. It stimulates the hypophysis to release more gonadotropin so that a faster and higher release of FSH and LH occurs. This results in an increase in the body’s endogenous Testosterone Levels.
In most cases Clomixyl can regulate and normalize the testosterone levels and spermatogenesis within 10-14 days. For this reason Clomixyl is primarily taken once a cycle has been discontinued. At this point it’s important to bring the body’s natural testosterone levels back to normal as soon as possible so that the loss of strength and muscle mass is minimized. Best results are noticed when Clomixyl is combined with HCG or when Clomixyl is used after the intake of HCG. A dose of 50-100 mg per day after terminating a steroid cycle for 10-14 days seem to be adequate to restore natural testosterone levels. Athletes usually start with 100 mg per day split into two doses then after the fifth day the dosage is often reduced to one 50 mg tablet per day.

Side Effects
Side Effects with Clomixyl are very rare if reasonable doses are taken for 14 days. Occasionally the user will experience hot flashes and occasional visual disturbances. Any side effects are very rare and disappear once the Clomixyl has been discontinued.
